A video with an alleged source saying former Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Commissioner Kim Henares kept Lucio Tan’s tax is going viral online.

Henares, who served under the Aquino administration, was involved in several tax controversies before, especially against the then Congressman Manny Pacquiao, when she held all of Pacquiao’s assets accusing him of not paying proper taxes.

On the other hand, billionaire Lucio Tan has been known for tax evasion controversies as early as the time of former President Fidel Ramos.

It is not verified how much of the resource speakers information is true, but people who are familiar with Lucio tan may agree.

This involves 27 dummy marketing firms, which I provided to Commissioner Henares and she committed to me that she will investigate it, 2 weeks after she informed me that shae already investigated the five dummy marketing firms, but 3 months after I followed-up the status of the case, she did not reply. dagdag pa ni Pacaña.
