Kinondena ni Senadora Risa Hontiveros ang paghikayat ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa militar na barilin sa ari ang mga babaeng rebelde kapag nakipagbakbakan.

Ayon kay Hontiveros, sukdulan ito ng kabastusan ng Pangulo at kawalan ng respeto sa kababaihan.

Ito na umano ang malamang na sukdulan ng karahasan sa mga babae.

“Kung si Donald Trump ay may grab ‘em by the pussy’, si Pangulong Duterte ay may ‘shoot ‘em in the vagina’,” ani Hontiveros.

“Sukdulan ang kabastusan at kawalan ng respeto sa kababaihan. This probably constitutes an extreme form of sexism that can lead to sexual harassment, rape and other forms of sexual violence,” dagdag ng senadora.

“It is disgusting to the senses. It is grossly repugnant,” sabi pa nito.

Ayon kay Hontiveros, lahat ng kababaihan, anuman ang political affiliation at katayuan sa buhay ay dapat makaramdam ng pagkainsulto at pambabastos sa sinabi ng Pangulo.
