Ang kalsada ay tatawaging Cagayan De Oro coastal Road at may haba itong 12.77 kilometro. Ang proyektong ito ay kasama sa BuildBuildBuild program ng Duterte Government. Ito ang katunayan na pag may political will, magagawan ng paraan.
