Napirmahan na ng Pilipinas at ng China ang 10 investment deals na aabot sa P508.8 billion o $9.8 billion. Naganap ang pirmahan sa pagdalo ni Pangulong Rodrigo DUterte sa Boao Forum sa Hainan, China. Inaasahan makakalikha ng 10,800 na trabaho ang pinirmahang investment deal. Ayon sa ulat ng PTV, ilan sa mga napirmahan ay may kinalaman sa pagpapa-unlad ng agrikultura ng bansa at pagpapadala ng mga Filipino English teachers sa China.
