NEWSBREAK: MGA HIGH POWERED NA MGA ARMAS AT SHABU ANG NAKUMPISKA NG OZAMIS POLICE SA LOOB MISMO NG BUILDING AT FARM NG MGA PAROJINOG!

Police authorities discovered high-powered firearms, anti-tank rocket-propelled grenade launcher and shabu, inside the hotel and the security agency owned by former city Councilor Ricardo “Ardot” Parojinog.

Ozamis City Police Director Chief PCInsp. Jovie Espenido led the raid inside Dottie’s Inn and MROP security agency where the high-powered firearms were recovered.

Armed with search warrant issued by Judge Rio Concepcion Achas of MTCC Branch 2, city police director searched the businesses owned by Parojinog along Baradero st., Monday night of April 30.

The Ozamis police found 2 anti-tank rockets, 2 RPG, 12-gauge shotgun, 18 9-mm pistol, eight .38 revolver and 1 M-16 rifle.

Dottie’s Inn and MROP security agency stopped its operations after Ardot Parojinog went into hiding.

According to Espenido, they were able to find witness who spilled that these high-powered arms were hidden inside the closed hotel.

After searching the hotel and the agency’s building, the policemen also went to the farm owned by a certain Ian Dionson at Barangay Sangay Dako, and found two packs of shabu weighing ¼ kilo, with an estimated value of P4 Million, two rifle grenade, two 40mm rifle grenade, and an M16 rifle with M203 grenade launcher.

The police invited Elmer Prenio alyas Kabang, the farm caretaker to the station for questioning.
