In a Facebook post, PCOO assistant secretary Mocha Uson, slams journalist and field reporter Doris Bigornia’s “chilling effect” remarks when Pia Ranada of Rappler was barred from entering Malacañang.

Uson explained to Bigornia that not everyone has the rights to get close to the president as there is a protocol to be followed. She also stressed that Ranada can still do her reporting job since “naka fb live naman siya palagi,” referring to the speeches of the president.

Before ending her post, Uson reminded Bigornia that the world is round and advised her not to be arrogant.

“Btw sabi mo “SINO YUN?” nung binaggit ng kasama mo sa DZMM ang pangalan ko? Hindi ba tayo naguusap pag nagkikita tayo? O masyado ka lang naliliitan sa akin po? Wag po masydong mayabang po, bilog ang mundo,” Uson said.

"Sabi ni DORIS BIGORNIA sa DZMM may chilling effect daw yung pag ban kay PIA dahil pag wala ng tiwala sayo ang Pangulo i-ban daw sa Malacañang. 

Madam Doris una sa lahat hindi karapatan ng nino man ang lumapit sa Pangulo. Kaya nga may protocol diyan. Kung wala ng tiwala ang Pangulo sayo hindi ka na pwede lumapit pero PWEDENG PWEDE KA MAGBALITA, naka fb live naman siya palagi.

Pangalawa dapat lang matakot ang sino mang nagpapakalat ng FAKE NEWS. Pwede naman magbalita ng negative sa Pangulo o mag criticize sa kanya pero teh naman araw araw nalang FAKE NEWS babalita mo tapos yan pa ipapakalat niyo sa International media tapos gusto mo ok lang pumasok sa Malacañang. Tapos sasabihin niyo supression of PRESS FREEDOM yan? Buti nga hindi kayo dinedemanda dahil nasa batas ang FAKE NEWS/FALSE NEWS.

Madam Doris tanungin nga kita kami bang mga bloggers pwede basta basta lumapit kay VP LENI??? Hindi dba, so suppression of Press Freedom na yun???? May “chilliing” effect na din ba yun??? Sabi nga ng team 62 “ DON’T ME.
