In a Facebook post, Presidential sister Jocellyn Duterte Villarica took time to target veteran news caster Korina Sanchez, wife of ex presidential candidate Mar Roxas.
According to Villarica, she wondered if Sanchez was a lawyer or political analyst to judge the president in the manner that she does.
She adds that all Sanchez does is politics and not objective as she is that wife of a political figure that is a vocal opposition of the president.
Recently, Sanchez expressed her upset by President Rodrigo Duterte’s recent brisk decision in withdrawing membership from the Treaty of Rome Statute.
“Anong isusunod, aalisin na rin tayo sa UN, dahil kritikal din kay Duterte? Tila lahat ng mga sinabi ni Duterte ay wala ring saysay,” Sanchez said.
“Nandyan ang pamilyar na ‘jetski’ hinggil sa pag-angkin ng China sa mga isla sa karagatan. Walang nangyari. Ilang beses ding narinig si Duterte na magpahayag na hindi siya takot sa ICC, at magsampa na sila ng kaso kung gusto nila. Ngayon ito,” she added.
Villarica continues on to say that Sanchez should be careful or else she might end up the same with Vice President Leni Robredo who she claims is all talk with no truth to what she says.
Ending her post, Villarica says that Sanchez should run in the next election for president rather than her husband.
“Maghintay ka na lng sa susunod na election, ikaw na lng tumakbo ng pagka-presidente. Hindi talaga mabenta ang kagalang-galang mong asawa…,” she said.

Naku ha, bumabanat na rin si Ms. Korina Sanchez ky Pres...Abogada ba cya o kaya political analyst? Ang pagka alam ko newscaster lang po siya at rated A na isang feature segment na halo-halong kwento ng buhay...
Hindi naman cya maihaling-tulad nila Pia Hontiveros o kaya si Pinky Webb na sa News and Public affairs.
Magresearch ka muna bago mo husgahan ang Presidente tungkol sa decision nito na humiwalay sa ICC. Ang mga political analyst at mga batikang abogado ang nagsasabi na tama ang decision ng ating Presidente tungkol dyan!!!
Taking in context, namumulitika ka lang at hindi objective ang iyong pamamahayag, considering asawa ka ng isang political figure at nasa opposition... So, bias ka na at may political color, paano ka paniwalaan ng taong bayan?... Baka matulad ka ky Ms. Robredo na puro salita na walang katuturan at saysay...sinisira lang ninyo ang imahen ng bayan!!!
Maghintay ka na lng sa susunod na election, ikaw na lng tumakbo ng pagka-presidente. Hindi talaga mabenta ang kagalang-galang mong asawa...sorry no offense! Good luck na lang ha...
